Facebook will happily show the same file in more than one place and let you believe the counters are cousins. They are not. A Reel lives in a swipe shelf. A feed video lives in a scroll of posts. This service moves Facebook views — the play count — on the URL you send. It does not buy News Feed distribution for a photo, and it is not TikTok’s For You or YouTube’s Suggested under another name. Two shelves, one file, two different plays

Send the URL of the surface you actually care about. Hoping a Reel order will “also help the feed post” is how money lands on the wrong surface.

What the badge is allowed to mean after you pay

Count plays in thousands, on the surface you actually sent

The stop is whether the file is a video and whether the rest of that post can wear a larger badge — not a round number that looks like another app’s screenshot.

Enough for a video you are about to send or drop under an ad, when the badge is still small. The player looks opened. Feed did not get purchased.

The usual “this link will be judged” size. If the post has almost no likes, cut this or add likes on the same URL.
25,000 – 50,000
Only on a video that already has a reason to be opened. On a two-hour-old silent upload this band is out of proportion.
100,000 and above
For videos that already live in that band. On a Page whose best organic clip sits at 2,000, this is a different creator pasted on top.
