01 Who we are

bulkviral is operated by the company named at the bottom of this page (“we”, “us”, “our”). That company is the controller of the personal information described here.

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent through the contact page. This policy forms part of our terms of service.

02 What we collect

We keep this to what we actually need.

Information you give us: the email address you enter at checkout; the public delivery target (a profile, post or video URL or username); and anything you send in a support message, contact form or chat.

We never ask for or store the password to your social-media account — only the public link or username. We do not read direct messages, access private content, or connect to your account through any API that would require authorisation.

Payment information: handled outside our servers over encrypted connections. We receive a confirmation and a transaction reference needed to fulfil the order, but never your full payment credentials.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar technical data used for fraud prevention, security and keeping the site working.

03 How we use it

We use your information to process, deliver and support your orders; send order confirmations, delivery updates and support replies; detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and chargebacks; enforce our terms; and measure and improve how the site performs.

With your consent, we may send occasional product news and offers. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers for their own marketing.

04 Legal bases

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your data on these bases: to perform our contract with you (delivering your order and answering related support); our legitimate interests (securing the site, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the service); your consent (marketing messages and non-essential cookies); and to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.

05 Payment information

Payment details are entered with the provider handling the transaction, not on our servers. That provider processes your data under its own privacy terms. We do not collect or store full payment credentials.

We receive only a confirmation and a reference needed to fulfil the order — nothing that would let us take further payments from your account.

06 Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with parties that help us run the service: the providers that take payment; delivery partners (who receive the public target and quantity — never your email or payment details); infrastructure and IT hosts; and, where enabled with consent, analytics or messaging tools that act as our processors under contract.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, users or systems, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets. We notify you of compelled disclosures unless prohibited from doing so.

07 International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data across borders and the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

08 How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support conversations for two years. Technical logs for 90 days.

When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it. You can request deletion of your email address and support history at any time; order records retained for legal compliance are anonymised rather than deleted.

09 Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and remember your cart between pages. Some are essential; analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them where consent is required, and declining them does not stop you from placing an order.

We also store a small amount of data in your browser’s local storage — for example the cart contents. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings; clearing them may reset your cart.

10 Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and rate limiting to protect your information, and we do not store full payment credentials or social-media passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.

11 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to us through the contact page; we will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We confirm we do not sell your personal information.

You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

12 Children

bulkviral is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

13 Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites and platforms we do not control. This policy does not cover them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies before sharing information.

14 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time in response to legal, regulatory or operational changes. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy. If you do not accept an update, stop using the service and contact us about any open orders.
