The person who should be on this page is applying for a threshold, not decorating a player
The honest buyer already knows they are short of a public watch-time number YouTube publishes for eligibility — Partner Program, or whatever the current long-form hour test is — and they want that clock to move on videos that already exist as regular uploads. They are not trying to make one watch page look busy for a sponsor. They are not trying to feed the Shorts shelf.
If your actual problem is “the counter under the title looks small,” that is the views page. If the file is vertical and lives in the Shorts player, that is the Shorts page. Buying hours to solve either of those is how three URLs become one product in Google’s eyes, and it is how you spend money on a ledger the surface you care about does not read.
Stay only if the hour total itself is the job. Everything else on this page is there to stop the order being sold as a salary.
