Terms of service

01 What this agreement covers

These terms govern your use of bulkviral and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes are announced by email to anyone with an order placed in the previous twelve months. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are authorised to use the payment method you submit.

03 What we provide

We deliver engagement signals — followers, likes, views, plays and similar metrics — to public profiles and public content on third-party platforms. Delivery volumes and start windows are described on each service page and form part of the order.

We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated in partnership with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Meta, Google, Spotify, Twitch, LinkedIn, ByteDance or any other platform named on this site, and we do not act as their agent. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

04 What you must provide

A public username or a public link. Nothing else. We do not request, require or accept passwords, verification codes, session tokens or any other form of account access, and no part of this service will ever ask you for one.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the handle or link you submit. An order sent to the wrong destination cannot be reversed once delivery has begun.

05 Keeping your target deliverable

For us to deliver, the target must stay reachable for the whole order. You agree to keep the account and the target profile, post or video public while delivery is running; not to change the username or handle mid-delivery; not to delete or restrict the target content mid-delivery; and not to run a competing campaign on the same target from another provider at the same time, which can distort the counts we track.

Delivery pauses automatically while a profile is private and resumes when it is public again. Downtime caused by making a target private, deleting it, or changing the handle does not create a refund entitlement for the portion already delivered.

06 Acceptable use

You may not use this service to target an account you do not control or have permission to promote, to deliver signals to content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, to harass, impersonate or defame any person, or to scrape, interfere with or abuse the site or our systems.

It is your responsibility to comply with each platform’s own rules and with the laws that apply to you. You use the service at your own risk. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes against an account, including restrictions, removals or bans.

We reserve the right to refuse, hold or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, abuse or harm to a third party — with a refund of any amount not yet delivered.

07 Business use

You may use bulkviral for personal or business goals. If you use the service in a commercial context, you are responsible for meeting any disclosure, advertising or platform obligations that apply to you.

Engagement metrics are a growth tool. They are not a representation or endorsement by bulkviral of any person, product or business, and you agree not to present them in a misleading way.

08 Delivery and guarantees

Most orders begin within the start window shown on the service page and are paced over hours or days rather than delivered at once. Larger packages may be spread over several days. Start windows and completion times are good-faith estimates based on queue conditions, platform behaviour and provider availability — they are not contractual deadlines to the minute.

We aim to deliver the ordered quantity. Exact counts are not guaranteed to the unit where a platform deduplicates, rate-limits or otherwise filters engagement. Some attrition after delivery is normal on every platform and is not, by itself, a ground for a refund once the ordered quantity has been delivered.

Where an order has not started within a reasonable period, contact support and we will either escalate it or refund it.

09 Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes. The price at checkout is the price that applies to that order. Payment is taken at checkout over an encrypted connection; we do not receive or store your full payment details.

By paying you confirm that you understand what you are buying and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

Refund terms are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

10 Chargebacks and payment disputes

If something is wrong with an order, contact support first. Nearly every case is resolved faster directly than through a bank dispute.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us, or filing one on an order that was delivered as described, is treated as a fraudulent dispute. Where that happens we may suspend future orders, reverse or withhold remaining delivery, and submit our records of the order and delivery to the payment provider as evidence. This does not affect your legal rights where a genuine issue exists.

11 Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the site and delivery pipeline running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always-available operation. Platform outages, provider issues and maintenance can affect timing.

We may modify, suspend or withdraw packages, features or parts of the service without prior notice. Where an open paid order is affected, we will complete it, offer an equivalent alternative, or refund the undelivered portion.

12 Our content

The bulkviral site, branding, text and design are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your use of the service only. You may not copy, republish, mirror, resell or reverse-engineer any part of the site or our software without written permission.

13 Disclaimers and liability

The service and materials on the site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we make no warranty about the accuracy, results or reliability of the service or of any third-party site we link to.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account, for changes to their algorithms or policies, or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses including lost revenue, data, reach or sponsorship opportunities.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14 Suspension

We may suspend access, cancel open orders or withhold remaining delivery where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal activity or a serious breach of these terms. Where we lawfully can, we will tell you why and refund any amount not yet delivered.

15 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.

Please contact support first — most issues are fixed without a formal dispute. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
